The real property owners usually request the necessary corrections whenever they find out that the tie-up of their properties does not conform to the corresponding assessment records of the Office or with conflict in the adjoining properties.

Step 2.1

If the requester was notified of the schedule of lot identification by the provincial assessor’s authorized representative, make sure that the adjoining owners were also informed by the requester. Guide the assessor’s team (composed of representatives of provincial and municipal) together with the adjoining owners to properly identify the property.

Step 2.2

Provide the additional documentation upon request of the assessor’s team for further clarification and settlement on the issue of the property, if necessary.
